All bookings must be confirmed through our official communication channels (website, WhatsApp, or phone). Payment terms will be shared at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Customers may cancel a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our cancellation policy. No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations.
While we ensure the highest standards in our services, Arya Company is not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Customers are advised to secure valuables before service.
